I am Larry Jacobs and I am going to explain how on going Traders World Online works. The Expo is prerecorded and presented weekly just one at a time.

Presentations are due 2 weeks before it is aired.
OUR REASONING WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE NORMAL LIVE WEBINARS
1) Most attendees that signup get too busy and cannot attend or plainly just forget. Many get the emails about the webinar and the loose it in the email box.
2) Many have technical problems with their computers and cannot log in.
3) Many are simply not interested in listening to an entire week of presentations. The effectiveness of having one or two speakers during a week is much more effective than having 90 speakers. Most attendees just do not have the time to listen to all that many speakers during one week. Most people have a life.
4) Many belong to a trading chat room and do not want to leave that for a all week live expo.
5) Traders that listen are from around the world. Their time zones are different and do not work with our real-time online webinars.
6) In many live webinars the attendance very poor only 50 – 60 people.
7) So we have designed this new expo format to eliminate those problems.
8) We did studies of the best day and time to do financial online webinars and we concluded that Wednesday and Thursday at 1:00 CST was best for attendance. So we will have only 1 or 2 webinars per week. Only one per day and a maximum of 2 per week.
HERE IS HOW IT WORKS
Each speaker needs to prerecord his presentation using Camtasia or one of the many subsitutes.
1) Go to: www.camtasia.com for Camtasia.
2) The presentation needs to be recorded in High Resolution resolution 1280 x 720 so we can show it in HD quality resolution at the expo.
3) The amount of time of your presentation should be is 30-45 minutes.
4) You will need a USB mic and speakers or a USB headset to create your videos.
5) You can put a 5 minute promotion and your contact information at the end of the video for your product or service. Also you need to have a landing page for the offer setup on your site. Content should be 95% and promotion only 5% if the total time of the presentation.

Traders World Online Presentation Videos are in HD 1280 x 720 resolution
Remember that you have the first 10 minutes to make an impression when the attendees first listen to your presentation. If you cannot get their attention they will immediately shut the presentation off. You have no excuse using fantastic tools such as Camtasia or Screencastomatic to not produce a professional prerecorded presentation. Take your time to do it right. Also it is very important that you put your disclosure in at the beginning of the presentation to protect you legally.
Promotion of the expo by Traders World
We will send several email blasts to our Traders World customers about the expo. Our database is around 13,000 traders.

Please send out 1 or 2 email blasts to tell your contacts that your doing a Traders World Online Expo webinar and give them this information:
- Title of Presentation
- Description and what the benefits they will get by attending
- Date and Time
- Where to signup
Once they have signed up our software will remind them several times before the event so they don’t forget.
During the Webinar
You can monitor the webinar as it plays. You can also answer chat questions during the webinar if chat is enabled.
If you don’t want to answer chats you can have us enable email questions.
You can have us enable a poll during the webinar to make it more interactive.
At the end of the webinar most presenters will make an offer. You should have a landing page to send them to.
If you have a handout you can also have us enable that. It should be in pdf file.
